Why Pompano Beach?

Pompano Beach is now the newest Multicultural Hub of Florida.

Broward County is the second most populated county in Florida. For Brazilians, it is practically a second home. The cities of Deerfield Beach and Pompano Beach are two of the communities with the highest percentages of people from Brazil in the United States.
Pompano Beach is strategically located in the center of Broward county. Located just north of Ft. Lauderdale, east of the Florida Turnpike, in the heart of Florida’s Gold Coast. The City of Pompano Beach is home to some of the warmest and clearest waters, beautiful sand beaches, and calming breezes. It’s the perfect place for a beach vacation, with opportunities for lots of fun and adventure. Enjoy great dining, exciting water sports from deep sea fishing to paddle boarding or just relaxing on the beach. Visit one of our many fabulous parks, take in a game of golf or tennis, some unique shopping, harness racing or try your luck at the smoke free casino.

Over 360,000 brazilians live in Florida. In 2011 alone, 440,000 brazilians entered the United States. In 2013 already more than 1,2 Million Brazilians already entered the United States. They wire over $5 billion to Brazil annually. Seventeen (17%) of them have bachelor’s degrees or higher. According to Brazil’s Central Bank, brazilian citizens invested $20.5 billion abroad in 2008, after having invested $7.1 billion the year before.

There are nearly 1,600,000 brazilians residing in the USA today.
